Hanoi Banh Mi

This is apparently the only Vietnamese restaurant in Rio and they blend fresh Carioca ingredients with authentic Vietnamese recipes. We're big fans of their Banh Mi sandwiches, especially since they toast the bread, use just the right amount of cilantro, and make their own mayonaise (which pairs perfectly with their roasted sweet potato!).
